A Caredove Reminder

Accurate listings and up-to-date Caredove profiles are key elements in receiving the right referrals. When referrers are able to view the best information about your programs and services they’re better able to refer the right clients, which means you can spend more of your time with the clients instead of dealing with inappropriate referrals.

Three key reminders:

  • Ensure your services are active and up to date.
  • Double check service details and eligibility criteria.
  • Use the Service Status Message
  • The Service Status field is intended to communicate important, short messages, that might frequently change regarding your service.
  • Review user permissions
  • Remove any users that have left the agency.
  • Verify user permissions and contact information.
