Welcome to our Past Projects section, where we proudly present a selection of our notable accomplishments. Over the years, we have embarked on a diverse range of innovative initiatives, each aimed at making a positive impact the North East Community Support Services Sector.
The Innovation Centre and Ontario Health North East are pleased to announce that the Winter Preparedness Initiative was once again successful. Together we reached 465 clients and made a lasting impact on their lives.
The Innovation Centre and Ontario Health North East are delighted to share that our Summer Wellness Package Initiative was an overwhelming success!
The One Client One Plan project a.k.a. “OCOP” has achieved the deliverables that YOU designed at Betty’s Journey Workshop (2018).
2022 marked the largest year-over-year growth in outgoing referrals with 3,798 referrals going through Caredove to over 700 services provided by 56 partner agencies in the home and community care space.
