The One Client One Plan project a.k.a. “OCOP” has achieved the deliverables that YOU designed at Betty’s Journey Workshop (2018).


The project is now closed!

Improved communication, information sharing, and leveraged technology solutions will now be sustained by the Home & Community Support Innovation Centre in collaboration with you… the providers, families and clients.
