My Way Home Summer Wellness Initiative
The Innovation Centre and Ontario Health North East are delighted to share that our Summer Wellness Initiative was an overwhelming success!
With the combined effort of 13 North East Community Support service organizations, we were able to support many individuals and families in the community.
Packages were delivered to 368 clients in the North East!
The goal of the Summer Wellness Initiative was to equip clients with essential items to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the summer season. Packages contained necessities such as sunscreen, bottled water, and fresh fruit.
We are grateful for the support of all our partners who helped make this project possible.
We are excited to share that this initiative will continue throughout 2023. Keep and eye out for information on the fall and winter initiatives!
