Charting the Course to Success: A Strategic Planning Course for Community Health Organizations

In the evolving landscape of Ontario’s health care system, strategic planning is crucial. But many community-based organizations struggle to lead an efficient strategic planning process that engages stakeholders and boards successfully.

OCSA’s LeaderShift division has partnered with Santis Health to launch a new online program called “Charting the Course to Success: A Strategic Planning Course for Community Health Organizations”. Developed by strategic planning specialists, this eight-hour modular course will empower leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to succeed in their strategic planning endeavors. Participants will also receive one-on-one guidance from strategic planning experts.

This course is the perfect opportunity to use any year end or one-time government funding that may be available in your region. Don’t wait as there are only 10 spots available in this limited cohort
