As the year comes to a close, we at the Innovation Centre want to extend our warmest wishes to you and yours this holiday season.

This year, two of our team members (Aglaia (left) and Caitlin (Right)) had the exciting chance to meet the big man himself — 🎅 Santa Claus! While we were there, we made a very special wish for a Home and Community Care system that facilitates person-centered services that are seamless and accessible, meeting the diverse needs of North East communities. 🌟
